To craft your Swuffy Monkey Hat use the Advanced Crafting Table or Sewing Machine. The recipe consists of one Gorgeous George Trading Card, a Plain Winter Hat, and four bolts of Exquisite Fabric. You'll need to be a Level 165 Crafter to make it.
