ReplyDeleteI sort of agree because the Century Apartment Level 26J is 7200 gold and a ChatsWood Villa is 7500 gold so only 300 gold more and I would say the Villa should worth more than Apartments (My Opinion). But I did sell a Villa to get a Coop Apartment Level 8B because I got a bit bored of my villa lol (My Opinion).
