50K GOLD? BLIMEY!
Yes.. That's right! 50k gold! Also known as 50000 gold! When creating an account on the test server you will receive 50k gold! You will NOT be able to transfer it to your normal SmallWorlds account or MiniMundos account. (MiniMundos is the Brazilian version of SmallWorlds, just in case you didn't know!)
You will also need to do the missions you do when you first join. (You might remember them if you joined quite recently, whereas us that came around 2010, will just remember a big portal thingy)
You won't be able to keep the 50k gold and items that you have bought on the test server when it is released to SmallWorlds. Nothing will effect your normal account in any way. The catalogue will be available but where you buy things with real money will not. So please shop all you can!
WHAT ARE THEY TESTING?
The SmallWorlds Crew are bringing up a brand new layout, forums and all sorts to SmallWorlds and want us to test it before it goes live to SmallWorlds and find out it has a bunch of problem! They want us to go through the new update and find any problems and tell them about it so they can fix it! A bit like beta again.
The test server is not fully functional and it is only a temporary thing. But once we have finish testing, everything will be gone completely forever. Not your real SmallWorlds or MiniMundos account of course! Just the account you made to test everything.
BUG REPORTING AND FEEDBACK
Please give a detailed feedback to the SmallWorlds crew. If you liked it, why did you like it? If you didn't like it, why didn't you like it? Please be specific with your answers, not like: "I don't like it because it's rubbish" Put why you think it is rubbish, maybe because the writing may be hard to read and you think it could be changed to the old font because that was easier to read? I'm not saying the writing would be hard to read, because we haven't seen it yet, I was just giving an example. Don't put something like: "I liked the old way better" Put something like: "I liked the old way better because it was easier to find each button and to sign up or sign in. I also liked the old way better because it looked more like a 13+ site like it should be, instead of a 5-." Again... I'm not saying that is true, it is only an example because we haven't seen it yet.
By doing that, the SmallWorlds crew will understand more on how to fix it up for us. Just by, "I don't like it", is not helpful at all. They won't know what you don't like in order to make it better for us all.

These times may change.
Reporting is still available and you can get reported for misbehaving and possibly banned.
The purpose of this testing is for feedback and reporting about bugs.
SmallWorlds or MiniMundos will not go offline while this is happening.
You do not have to do this, but it is better if you do. Think about... 50k gold... I'm straight in!
