Ghastly Ghoul is perfect for Halloween! he comes with the Ghoul Suit too at 8000 gold! You have to be a VIP member to wear the suit. The suit gives you a +20 Shadow Protection Boost, a +35 Health Boost and a +25 Speed Boost.
The head, is 2000 gold, it doesn't matter if you are VIP or not! You can still wear it! The head gives +10 Shadow Protection Boost, a +15 Health Boost and a +25 Speed Boost!
